## Special pricing for my first clients

While I build my local portfolio, the first 8 businesses get founding pricing: the same work and process for a lower number.

In return, I ask to show the finished site in my work.

Founding sites also include the first 3 months of Hosting + Care. After that, keep it at $99 a month, switch to Hosting at $49, or host it yourself.

Founding ends when 8 businesses are booked, or on June 30, 2027, whichever comes first.

### Launch / One-Pager: $900

One long page that does the job of a site: your offer, a few services or proof points, photos, your reviews, service area, links to your social profiles, and one form plus click-to-call. 1 revision round, 7 to 10 days after I have your content.

For: New or single-offer businesses that need one sharp page to send people to, not a full site yet.

Not for: Anyone with a menu, several services, or more pages planned this month. That is Starter.

I take 2 of these a month. If you outgrow it, the $900 applies toward Starter Website within 90 days.

### Google Business Profile setup: $199

I claim or clean up your Google profile: hours, services, categories, service area and photos, plus a short link customers can tap to leave a review. Done within 7 days of getting access.

For: Shops that customers find on Google Maps, but whose profile hasn't been touched in a while.

Not for: Ads, weekly posting, or buying reviews. Google decides rankings, so I don't promise one.

If you book a site within 90 days, the $199 applies toward it.

Website care

## Ongoing hosting and support

Hosting keeps the site online, with SSL. Hosting + Care adds security updates and small changes, so a new price or photo doesn't turn into a separate project.

A small request is up to 30 minutes of work: text, hours, prices, contact details, link swaps and image swaps on pages that already exist. Not new pages, new sections, layout changes, new functionality or redesigns. If something will take longer I tell you before I start and quote it. ## Your business owns your domain

The domain is yours. I can set up DNS and keep it pointed at the site. If you leave, you take the domain and the files.

## How payment and revisions work

- 50% to start, 50% before the site goes live
- Two revision rounds included. Extra rounds $125 each
- If photos or copy stall more than 14 days, the timeline pauses
- Your own photos first, then licensed stock. If neither fits, AI images with your OK, built from material you provide. Stock is licensed and AI images can't be owned outright; the [terms](https://soflositeforge.com/terms/) say what that means.
- Booking tools and other third-party apps are billed by those vendors
- Anything not in the package is quoted and approved before I do it

## Pricing questions

**How much does a website cost?**

Starter is $1,800 and Business is $3,200. During founding (the first 8 businesses, or until June 30, 2027) they're $1,400 and $2,600. Custom work starts at $5,500. You get a fixed number before I start. Founding sites include the first 3 months of Hosting + Care.

**What's the difference between Starter and Business?**

Starter is 4 to 5 pages and a clean contact path. Business is up to 8 pages, light copy help, booking or quote embed, and tighter local SEO.

**What if I only need one page?**

**Can you just fix my Google profile?**

Yes. The Google Business Profile setup is $199: hours, services, categories, photos and a review link. If you book a site within 90 days, it applies toward the site.

**Do I have to pay monthly?**

Not at first. Founding sites include 3 months of Hosting + Care. After that, Hosting-only is $49 a month, Care is $99 if you want small updates, or you can host it yourself.

**Is founding pricing a lesser site?**

No. Same pages, same process. The discount is for being in the first 8 and letting me show the work.

**How do we start?**

Short form on this site. I reply within one business day with a short questionnaire about your site, or a call if you'd rather. The fixed quote comes once I know what you need.
