Elena runs the team and takes the calls nobody enjoys: the appraisal that came in low, the inspection that changed the math, the seller who needs to hear a real number. She came to real estate from commercial property management, which is why she reads a condo budget faster than she reads a floor plan. She works Hillsborough and Pinellas about evenly and keeps a list of the inspectors, surveyors and insurance people who answer the phone in August. She will tell you when a house is wrong for you.

Marcus handles buyers, which mostly means touring and math. He grew up between Brandon and South Tampa and has driven every commute in this market at the hour it actually matters, which is the advice people remember six months later. First-time buyers get his patience with the paperwork; move-up buyers get his bluntness about what a renovation really costs here. He is the one who climbs into the attic and looks at the seawall. He will not tell you a house is charming when it is tired.

Priya takes listings from first walkthrough to the photographer to the offer table. Her prep list is short and specific (the three repairs that change a buyer's mind and the six that do not), and she would rather spend your money on light and landscaping than on a staging package you will never see. She manages the photo day, writes the copy, and tracks showing feedback honestly, including the parts sellers do not want. She came from marketing and still writes like it: plainly, with the address doing the work.

These are fictional people. Inlet & Oak Realty is a concept brand built to demonstrate a website design. The bios describe invented team members. There are no portraits on this page, because there is nobody to photograph. There are no production numbers, awards or rankings on this page because there is nothing real to report.

How the team works

One team, one set of notes, one thread. If Marcus tours a house with you on Saturday, Elena already knows about it on Monday, and Priya knows what you liked when your own place goes on the market next spring.

The person you meet is the person who shows up. If we are the wrong fit for what you need (a market we do not know, or a price point where someone else is better placed), we will say that too.
