Questions
How do you handle my key?
One key or a lockbox code per home, on a tag with a number, not your address. After the last visit it goes back to you or into the lockbox.
Can you give medication?
Pills and liquids by mouth, on the schedule you write down. For anything else, ask at the meet-and-greet.
What happens in bad weather?
In heat or lightning, walks get shorter and stay close to home, and indoor play makes up the time. If a storm closes the roads, we call you before the visit.
Can I book last minute?
Text and ask. If there's an open slot that day, it's yours. Holidays fill early.
